Salary: Competitive starting hourly rate | based on qualifications and experience.
Work Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm, OT hours as available

What You'll Do:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics (your maps to success).
- Fabricate and assemble structural and machine components.
- Perform SMAW (stick), FCAW (flux core), and GTAW (TIG) welding processes.
- Adjust and set welding equipment properly (because welding blindfolded isn't our style).
- Produce quality welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and material handling equipment like a pro.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (Safety First, Steel Second!).
- Engage in cross-training and continuous development because staying sharp is part of the gig.
What We're Looking For:- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Proficient in welding (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW) and equipment use; able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Certifications: AWS D1.1/D14.1 certifications preferred (but not required - we'll help you level up).
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely.
- Communication: Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking - no smoke signals needed).
- Work Ethic: Hard-working, reliable, detail-oriented, and aligned with ACECO's mission, vision, and values.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:- Industrial shop environment with exposure to machinery, moving parts, welding fumes, and fabrication noise.
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, and working with hands/tools.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required and provided
