DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position involves performing semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep of the facilities and surrounding areas at Fort Indiantown Gap. In this role, you will collaborate with various tradespeople and maintenance technicians, assisting them with a range of daily responsibilities across multiple skilled disciplines, including electrical work, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as general construction tasks. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that the building and grounds are well-maintained, supporting the overall functionality and safety of the environment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: - Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:- One year of experience in laboring work including the use of tools and equipment used in maintenance or construction; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Conditions of Employment:- This position requires possession of a valid PA non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.
Additional Requirements:- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
