Residential Service Plumber - Medina, OH

Responsibilities:
- Receive dispatch notifications, write estimates, and convert sold estimates to invoices using a company-provided iPad.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace all plumbing issues promptly.
- Perform water heater repairs and installations.
- Clear clogged drains using various cable machines.
- Conduct pipe repairs, garbage disposal replacements, toilet repairs, and replacements, and sink repairs and replacements.
- Perform crawl space and under-home repairs, excavation, and sewer mainline repair when needed.
- Provide multiple options to customers in the form of "Good, Better, Best."
- Provide clear explanations of diagnoses and proper solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of residential plumbing experience is required.
- Experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement.
- MUST have a valid Ohio driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to work weekends and one on-call night shift per week.
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Willingness to be a team player.
